My WR headers bolted right up to my BAT y-pipe, which was a direct replacement of my stock Y. I would think you shouldn't have any problems using the WR y-pipe with the stock headers.

Quality control was not a top priority with the Cougar/Contour header sets. I was able to fit my Y onto the stock manifolds of my old car, but many other people tell me that they were not able to bolt them up.
