Cruise control stopped working

I checked the service manual and there isn't a fuse associated with the cruise control... If it helps, I added an amp and I am pretty sure it stopped functioning a day afterwards as well as the fuse for my power door locks. I am sure they are all connected... But what do I look for in diagnosing my cruise control?

Check Relay 19, this is the Cruise Control Cut off. According to Haynes, it is in the bracket below the central fuse box (below the instrument dash panel).
