FRPP Short Throw Question

Well I was part of the group buy recently on the FRPP shifter. Got it installed, everything went very smoothly, no hang-ups, so I was happy about that. One question however for you guys with the FRPP and Steeda shifters. My first, third, and fifth gears go into gear, but you can kind of push it a little farther, like you are streching a wire or something. Kind of creeps me out, cause I don't want to rip a wire, or worse, during a hard 2-3 shift. I've been trying to take it easy, but i've also had no other driveability issues, so it hasn't concerned me THAT much. Thanks!

Adjust your shift cables. Very easy to do. Try a search on it and I'm sure you will come up with more than you need to know about adjusting shift cables. I have a steeda and love it!

I'm loving my FRPP. I was just suprised cause it didn't shorten the throw from neutral to 1,3, and 5, but dramatically in 2 and 4. But yeah ill try to get around to adjusting those cables soon. Thanks!
