blinker problem

Well since my car was broken into and messed up on the inside pretty bad now when I turn my lights on my drivers side blinker is on with it. anybody got ideas as to why?? it's only with the lights on. relay, fuse??
 
Good starting point would be the multifunction switch. Check all light functions (brakes, turn, emergency flasher) when lights are not on. Was any wiring repaired after the vandalism?
 
there were no loose wires.....my insurance is gay and pretty much left it up to me to find the repair place and what not and only gave me a check for practically what the stereo was worth. I'll take your advice and check all the functions first thing tomorrow, my guess was also the headlight switch.
