Too Lean bank 1 & 2

I had the clutch assy replaced, and since then, the car haas been hesitating; the Engine Check went on & code read too lean bank 1 & 2. Since then the Engine Check light went off, but the cars is still hesitating. My thinking, something was moved & is leaking in the vacuum system, but can't figure out what. wat could have been moved when changing the clutch?

Reset your PCM and check your vacuum lines. I had the too lean code and just pulled the #4 and #11 fuses and the light went away and hasn't came back.
 
The light did go away, but the hesitation is still there. Feels like it's not getting enpough fuel.
Almost like getting whip-lash! :-)
