Intake Question.

Well i finally found the MAF adapter in a near-by performance store, today i'm off to buy the filter, I was wondering if any of you bought the chrome pipe for your intake and how did you make the hole for the sensor? I have a 98 Mystique 2.5 Duratec V6

What chrome pipe are you talking about? Most intakes come with the necassary bungs and what not. But if you just want to "stick" the sensor anywhere. Drill a hole, and buy a rubber gromet. Or, drill a hole and use some RTV gasket maker.

Thats almost exactly the same as the CTA kit, and its way cheaper. I would buy that then get a K&N universal cone filter to replace the cheap one that it comes with.

I didn't buy a chrome pipe no stores had them, i just bought the adapter and a filter...and my sensor is jus dangling around and wanna kno where i can re-intall it on the new intake
