SVT suspension vs 1999 SE?

what is the differnce between the SVT suspension vs 1999 SE? I checked FAQ and i didnt see anything on this?
 
98.5 and newer SVT has stiffer front struts that provide less lift on acceleration and less dive on braking.

The front springs on the SVT are the same as 98 and newer the non SVT with a V6.

The rear struts are the same. The rear springs are the same as a stick shift non SVT.
