Clicking noise in accleration?

When I accleration in 1st gear I hear a little clicking noise. It sounds like its coming from the driver side somewhere. But once I get rolling and shift to 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th gears I dont hear it anymore. What could this problem be?

i have the same problem with my car..i have no idea what it is...it also clicks when the car is at a stand still and i rev the engine sometimes its worse and sometimes its not there...let me know if you figure what your is and vice versa
