Bradness's can be welded or bolted.  I don't weld, so I bolted mine.  Later, I ran into a problem when I installed my H&R springs.  Those springs are wider than the SVT springs, so the bolt was hitting the springs.  I removed the brace and cut the bolts short so they would thread in enough to temporarily support the brace.  I then went to an exhaust shop and installed the brace with shortened bolts there for them to weld.  Then removed the bolts and they filled the holes.  A good side effect of this method is I was able to cut the side carpet perfectly (reinstalled the brace with the carpet in, then cut around).
