I had the privilege of riding in two well prepped Miatas, the above STi, an NSX, and an E36 M3 with cage and race rubber. In fact all of the cars were running slicks which made this event even more fun. Too bad I am without a toy of my own...

The GT is an aftermarket cut job right?

Yes, actually the owner of that car owns the shop that does that work. He even had Dupont Registry mags about the whole ordeal. Really cool guy, down to earth and nice to everyone there! Pretty good driver too! He was a real player too, always on his cell phone trying to organize something! I spoke to him a couple times.

I did see a guy that looked kinda like you when I was on vacation 2 weeks ago. I nabbed a pic of him for proof, but haven't gotten around to uploading the pics to my webspace.
 
Savannah is a beautiful area. Spent quite a few weekends there while I was living on Hilton Head Island S.C. for a summer
