Usually they are repaired by splicing with small vacuum hose. I don't know where those plastic lines can be purchased.

dont buy them from ford. if your talking about the lil green hose to the egr and the red one to the fuel pressure then just go to advanced and but a rubber hose that fits tightly around the end of the broken line and connect the two that way. if you get them ford your going to spend lots of $$$$

I also broke mine when I did my UIM/LIM cleaning. As suggested above and before... I just went to Advance Auto Parts and bought 2 inch long pieces of hose that the ends of the broken hoses fit into tightly. I put some sealant around them to prevent air leaks and coming apart, and also taped them up for good measure. All total it cost me at most... maybe $5. No leaks and the car has been running great for almost a year now.

You can buy the same diameter hard plastic hose at most auto parts places.
