So this customer calls a dealer ship asking for the service manager. He is pretty upset because he had a tune-up done and now his engine no longer has the 710 on it. The manager is very confused about this and asked where was it. He stated it was right on top of the engine when you lift the hood and it's gone and he wanted to know why and where.
The service manager quickly gets the tech who is baffled by this, they quickly looked up the customers info on the car, then started trying to find a exploded parts lookup on the engine. They can't seem to find the 710, they asked if it was a special package or an aftermarket thing, the customer firmly said NO it was always there and now its gone! They asked the customer to bring the car down.
The customer showed up asking if they found it. The tech went outside with the customer to look at this engine and have him point to where it was. The tech lifted the hood. The customer pointed. The tech reached down and turned the OIL cap so it read 710.
