Here is just one of the plates sitting on the heads.

This is the silicone i used, i spread it on very thin but covered the whole area.

Here is the stock lower intake gaskets set in place adn waiting for the lower intake

This one is of the main point, this is normally where you would see the origional oval port injector valley

Just a look down the lower intake

well that is what i got they were easy to install, and they look great, and i think they will work even better than they look. i will keep reporting as the car is only a few days away from hitting the road. if you couldn't tell i installed them with the motor in the car.

little update for those wondering about the EGR tube lining up since the intake sits slightly higher. i put on the upper intake tonight and any lifting was not signifigant. it bolted up just fine.
