Yeah, that guy there is unreachable. I called him hundreds of times and never got an answer. I left voice mails wihtout responses. I emailed about 1000 times and once actually received a reply. Nonetheless, both times that I ordered from there, I received my parts. The guy there (I believe his name is Joe) is just a bit slow. Be patient, you'll get your pads.
