SVT wheel paint coming off

I just purchased a set for a good price with performance tires for $280. But I have this really ugly area on 1 wheel. The others are pristine. Anybody know a place in MI that re dips wheels & if so will it be a blatant difference compared to the other wheels?

We just had a full set done on frenchbluec2's cougar at Blackburn's in Ohio...factory perfect finish. Sounds the the above is a comparable company. Should run about $125-145 per wheel.

If it's not bent & just scratched, a decent bodyshop should be able to match & spray it cheaper.
