Silver CSVT spotted exiting Rt 50W in Annapolis

Just spotted a Silver CSVT about 15 minutes ago. First CSVT I've seen on the road in a long time. The car exited Rt 50W in Annapolis onto Exit 24 Rowe Blvd. Anyone have any idea if this might be a forum member?
 
Not too sure. I knew of a couple silver and one black CSVT in that area but never found out if they were members.
