I am tinkering around with a spare tail light and some LED lights and I thought of running a "dual light" tail light. What I mean by that is a one light for running/brake lights, and a separate light for the turn signal (amber or red, but idk which). The problem, as some of you know, is that the Contours have a 3 wire setup, and the brake and turn signal is the same wire. That would create an issue that needs to be addressed. Would I have to tap into the relay for the indicators, or would it be easier to just run a separate wire from the signal wire for the front turn signals to the rear?
