Contours are 4x108mm bolt pattern, and most people are running around a 42mm backspacing. 16" wheels are about the smallest that will clear stock brakes on an SVT. Most people who upgrade go to 17" or 18" and 7" or 7.5" wide.

Get a hold of rexxdoggy. I know he runs an aftermarket steering wheel, not sure what brand tho.

Sparco will mostly come in two of the universal 6 bolt patterns, the first one being the a bolt hole located at 12 and 6 o clock positions, and the second is where the holes are in between the previous pattern (refer to picture). These two patterns are the most widely used aftermarket universal patterns. There are other patterns as well, depending on what wheel you go with, such as 3, 4 and 5 bolt, but mostly, if you're looking at a somewhat generic type steering wheel, it will have the universal 6 bolt pattern.

wheel adapter for a focus is what i have. i also have a momo D wheel that im not using anymore that im looking to get rid of
