2008 Fun Ford Weekend pics.

Ok well this past weekend was FFW, Saturday we got there and I did 3 test and tune time trial runs and the egt's were spiking at around 1600 and I didnt want to risk anything so I didnt race in my bracket that day, and I was not running the alky injection. Sunday we got to the track and it was about 120 degrees on the track and about 80-90% humidity so I ran 1 time trial to see the egt's and they didnt rise above 1450 so I was ok so far, ran a 14.6 @ 102mph and bogged hard off the line, I have to learn how to launch this car. Kept running and egt's were normal. By the end I made it to the 1/4 finals in my bracket final 8 out of 75+ people and finally got a check and a money winner sticker. My best run of the day was 14.5 @ 103mph only launching at 2k cause of the stock drivers side axle and bogged hard at the line. If you know anything about Atlanta Dragway, that time means about a 13.9 anywhere else. I will be uploading vids tonight.

hahahaha thats awsome, no no one did at mine. The main comments were by people with csvt's as dd's that never knew they were modable. Then by the Garrett turbo guys, they want me to call them to "talk" about some things

The stang was amazing, and that was just 1 of hundreds there, I didnt even get to take pics of all the show cars cause when I wasnt racing I was rehydrating and getting the car ready between runs.
