I so glad I found you guys, this site is great.
I just bought my Aunts 99 SE Sport , with 40,000 miles on it in mint condition. I bought it for my daughter and she has been loving it. Suddenly, when she's on the interstate going about 70 mph the tachometer goes from 3000 rpm to 4000 rpm and shifts violently going in and out of gear 2 or 3 times. Other than that the shifts very smoothly. Trans fluid was changed by dealer at 22,000 mi. any ideas of what could be happening? It has me baffled since 98% it shifts like a dream.
