transmission mount

does anyone know how to replace the insert for the transmission mount located directly below the air box? i would take it out to see but it is my only car and once its out it has to be fixed before it goes back in. 98 contour v6 vin L cd4e transmission. any help is much appreciated.

I would just replace the whole thing. That keeps it simple and less chance of some other issue coming up.

I do not know if the insert itself is replaceable. I do not recall any discussions of it being replaceable. I know many have mount that the bolt has broken and replace the bolt.
