St220 intake on stock svt w/secondaries

Just need to know what's required to fit the St220 ontop of a 2.5 cylinder head. Here is a list of other mods

2001 cougar heads
3l valves
Lightened flywheel
Gutted precats
Gutted cat
Optimized y-pipe
65mm tb

(Do i need bigger injectors)?

You can't. Unless you have a custom machined lower intake manifold that splits from oval to split. (opposite of NPG style)

Only if it is a portmatched 3L head.

Tried to do that awhile back but gave up.
I have a 3L hybrid, Sable block with CSVT LIM. The ST220 UIM has a different bolt pattern, holes and Oval ports.
From what i saw, options are:
- Change the LIM or have a Full 3L which will solve the problem right away as they are oval port.
- Ask NPG to machine a REVERSE adapter for you (slip to oval into oval to split). It cost $400 and you need to figure out gasket. Also, it will rise the UIM even more.

From your list of mod, I would rather spend the $400 for a set of MSDS header or a Dyno Tune for more power.
