Actually I was considering filling a complaint through the FBI's Internet Fraud website. The only thing we have to go on is his location, and the fact that there are pictures of his car with the liscense plate on it floating randomly over the internet.......I guess we could pull an IP address from somewhere as well.
There is the link if anyone wants to look it over, I'm sure if there are any complaints filed there needs to be an address of some sort. Internet Fraud
