A couple people noticed that he put in 87 octane... but WTF would he bother putting in the cheap stuff if he wasn't going to pay? I wonder if something was up. I know that if he forgot his wallet he should have fessed up, some places even let you fill out an IOU, but I would guess:
a) he was distracted and honestly forgot.
Dumb@$$, yes, but I've almost done it.
b) he was out of money, and didn't know what to do. Again, stupid, but not as bad as purposefully planning to steal it.
c) he said, "hey, I'm gonna steal some gas!", and was dumb enough not to steal the good stuff.
d) the car is stolen (borrowed legally?) and he didn't know it would run better on premium. I highly doubt that one, but I guess it's possible. And if it's borrowed he's still a
dumb@$$ for not paying.
