Very interesting, I had two of the codes you have had.

PO133 - this came once about 3 or 4 weeks ago and has never came back. For a while after getting it my gas mileage was down, but then I disconnected the negative battery cable for 15 minutes and the mileage went back up and the code never returned.

PO171- The first thing you want to do is clean your MAF, then disconnect the negative battery cable for 15 minutes. If the code comes back you know it is something else causing it. For me I had to have the MAF cleaned and also had to have the downstream O2 sensor replaced to make it stay off.
