I spoke with Neil Mantranga from Racesearch this morning. The $541 is an introductory price, as the correct MSRP is $670. Racesearch will be offering this price for a while, but it will be going up. There are currently 2 kits, one for E0's and one for E1's(98.5~00). They also offer other parts for the contour/mystique.
If the kit sells well, who knows..Bassani may make one for the regular Contique!
