There seems to be a lot of interest in getting together. From the public opinion so far Aug 12th seems to be a good date. Some place called Zinns Diner was brought up as a meeting place. This sounds fine to me.If no one has any better ideas, why don't we make our first get together here.I would like to make this happen,so would someone named Ashley,so I'am all for it.What would be a good time? One thing,I live in Phila, where is this diner? If someone could post directions, that would be great.
Questions,comments,ideas???
I would like to meet some Contour people!

How far is this from Philadelphia? I might be game if it's reasonable, and there's a fair amount of people coming..

Hi Officer Carter,
I'am Oilman(Steven).I live in Phila as well.It takes 50-60 min to get to Reading(depending on how fast you go,your trip might be quicker),but I don't know exactly where this diner is,so give yourself at least an hour. One question I have is what time should we meet?

Cartman-
It looks like a pretty easy drive from the city. I checked with Mapquest, and it looks like it will take about an hour from Center City. Just take the Schyulkill to the Turnpike West (at Valley Forge) and get off at exit 21. According to the Zinn's website, it should be right there. Or, just find the Turnpike exit closest to you. Hope this helps.

Zinn's Diner is about 1/4 mile (or so) from the turnpike on rt.272 . Very easy to find . Of course I'd think that ... being from the area . No really , not hard to find . The 12th sounds good to me too . We'll figure out a time between all of us .

Man, my weekends are getting crazy now.. The DC-CEG meet on the 5th, you guys on the 12th, and the NJ-CEG meet at Englishtown on the 19th. I think I'm going to be sick of Contours after all of this.

Anyone from the Philly area want to caravan up together? I'm right over the Ben Franklin Bridge in Jersey, guess I'd be game.

Also, you guys are all welcome to the above two meets I mentioned, the more the merrier. Ironically, there are about 3 or 4 NJ guys going down to DC, and ALOT of people coming from all over for the NJ one.

Hey all,
just wanted to say hi again, and let you know that I'll also try my best to be there on the 12th. Its about time ! Also at Zinns there is alot to do there and with the cruisenight it will be packed. Theres a big field to park and theres a small road through the park. They have an ice cream parlor, miniture golf, a basketball challenge, and a thing called water wars. Also
Its right off the turnpike so it wont be hard for you guys to find. Cant wait to meet some more tour enthusiasts.
ASHLEY

Hope i dont have to work!
