Ok my damn stock brakes are making a grinding noise when applied. What should I do I only have 33K on my SVT. I need some serious help soon!!

If you have a continous loud grinding noise when the brakes are applied it is probably too late and you will need to replace at least one rotor. They need to be inspected to be sure.

If you have a light grinding noise that isn't always there, it might be a normal sound for semi metalic brake pads. Again, the brakes should be inspected to make sure. The pads should be replaced when they are less than 2mm thick at the thinnest point. It doesn't hurt to replace then any time you find them under 4mm thick.

well I had to replace the front pads and one rotor, plus I got my car aligned.
