OK - It is now official - I am starting a group buy on the updated camber plates for the SPC camber plate kit. These are twice as thick as the SPC plates, and will not bend or deform like the originals tend to do. These are a PRT design (pole120), with an honorable mention going out to Thinkmoto. These are basically the same plates that were offered a while back in this post. I am offering a powdercoating service in this package as well - there should be more than enough colors available to keep everyone happy. The pricing for the bare plates also remains unchanged from the previous run. Pricing for a set (2 plates) is: For the US: Bare Machined: $40 Powdercoated Black: $50 Powdercoated Color of Choice â??? â??Standardâ? or â??Specialtyâ? Colors listed here: $55 Add $3 for Hi-Tech or Iridescent colors (use above link) since they involve multi stage colors and curing process. For the Canucks: Bare Machined: $50 Powdercoated Black: $60 Powdercoated Color of Choice â??? â??Standardâ? or â??Specialtyâ? Colors listed here: $65 Add $3 for Hi-Tech or Iridescent colors (use above link) since they involve multi stage colors and curing process. These prices include shipping. Please note for custom colors - place your orders as soon as possible so I ensure that I have the color in stock before I receive the parts. Otherwise your parts will be delayed the time it takes for my supplier to ship the powder to me. I will also knock off $5 for orders of 2 sets or more. Lead time on these will be 3-4 weeks (From the date of this post and not of your order) until I have them all in my hand and ready to ship. I will ship immediately upon receiving. These will arrive with plenty of time to have these on your car for Spring Zing!! Payments can be sent via Paypal to copocraig@hotmail.com . Please include your shipping information and your CEG screen name. If you want them powdercoated, clearly state the color you would like based on the color selections here. For additional information please PM or email me. I can also provide sample images of actual powdercoated parts (if I have done the colors) if anyone is curious what the colors look like. I will keep this post updated with a list as purchases are confirmed, and as they are paid for. Black Powdercoated Plates: Black Powdercoated Plate Installed (using OEM rubber grommet) CAD design:

This plate servers 0 (ZERO) purpose without the camber plates!!!!!
And yes, you would have to get them seperately.

They are unnecessary until you have adjustable camber plates which are only used if you have lowered your car beyond about 1.25-1.5".
Sorry for the thread clutter. On topic, I may be in. Ill let you know soon.

How long will you be offering these plates? I don't have a camber kit yet as I'm waiting for my D2 coilovers to be built and delivered. I'll then need to find out if the SPC or BAT camber kits will fit the D2 struts. If I go with the SPC kit, I'll order your upgraded plates. But it might be a while. Karl

I'll take payment anytime you want to send it. As it says in the post, parts will not be in until 3 weeks from now, although the parts are being made as we speak.
I already have several orders paid for already. I will post the complete updated list in a day or so.

SPC and BAT kits are the same thing.
That's discouraging. I was hoping there would be a quality difference. I guess that means the plate will eventually bend on the BAT kit? Karl

Alright, I just got the camber plates. So it says +/- 1 deg, so does that mean u can put the plates so the bolt is toward the outside of the car, get it aligned for 0-.5 deg, then rotate it to the inside of the car and get 2 degrees of camber? Does it make a noticeable difference?

You should not have any problem getting the settings you want. I had no prob at all getting the factory settings, and it was also easy to adjust the camber for the track. One thing to note is that when you change the camber, it also changes the caster. The rate at which it changes the caster depends on where on the rotation you are.

Damn such a simple swap and I had to run into problems.
I went to unbolt the passenger side and the bolt kept rotating without coming loose. The bolt was rotating the entire Koni strut.
How in the hell can I get this loose? any ideas?
(The driver side unbolted with no problems.)

Sounds like the nut below the plate is loose. You can try using an impact gun to remove it (I wouldn't suggest using it to reinstall though). Otherwise I used one of these ratchets: Once you get the plate off, make sure and tighten the nut below it to ensure that you don't run into this same problem again .

I still have quite a few left. I had to make a bunch of them to make it worthwhile and bring the piece cost down to a reasonable price. The kits are still up on ebay - thats where I bought mine. That was the cheapest price I could find: Ebay item # 8033553383

Sure thing. This group buy is for the upgraded plates for the camber kit in the link above (Just to be clear).
These are adjustable by rotating the upper mount relative to the body of the vehicle. They are adjustable, but the camber and caster will both change when the mount is rotated (not as precise as the typical mustang camber kits).
I had no issues in aligning my car after installing a Koni kit.

I am not 100% sure on this, but I don't see why they wouldn't work. They occupy roughly the same amount of space radially as the base plates with rubber isolators. This is what they look like installed with the OEM rubber isolator.
