SEFI = Sequential Electronic Fuel Injection. A different name for multi-port fuel injection, as opposed to CFI Central Fuel Injection (throttle body injection) that the pre-1991, non-GT Escorts had.

HA! I just looked at that thing, and it has the 1.9L engine. The 1991+ non-GT Escorts came with the 1.9L CVH engine. The GT's had a Mazda-derived 1.8L DOHC engine, so this thing isn't even based on GT version of the Escort! I'm not doggin' Escorts, 'cause I have two of them, but if you're gonna go to all that work, you at least should have the hottest version of the car to start with. Especially if you try to play it off as an SVT...

There was absolutely nothing to enhance engine performance on that thing. What does he think SVT is all about? it's even an ATX!

"Unofficial SVT" ? Does he mean that SVT supported his efforts, but the operation was hush-hush?  If you're asking 25K for that thing, don't you think 4 measily pictures is a little skimpy?
