I just found out why the brake warning light started to come on. There's a leak on the brake line going to the rear brakes! It dripps so bad that my floor slowly sink to the floor, and leaves a puddle! Where can I find lines to fix this?!

I think NAPA can custom order you a line for your make/model of car. Probably cheaper/faster than a dealer, but dealer may be your only choice.

If they can't custom order the line, take the old line in and ask them to bend you a new one.

Most parts stores have brake line stock and they can bend the line with a tube bender.

If the leak is right at the flare where it connects to the master cylinder, and there is enough slack, you MIGHT be able to cut off the end and reflare the line.

But a new line is best.

You can flare your own, but bear in mind the flare is a double flare, not single. You need a special tool for this....

What size is the brake line? I went to Advanced Auto Parts and they said there are different sizes, and the union I need to connect the lines (splicing in a new section) comes in different sizes too.

I dunno the size, but if they have a replacement master cylinder they can test fit lines from the straight stock lines until they get the right one.

Short of you coming in with the line in your hand, this might be the best alternative.

OK, I just checked with the FSM and it doesn't say what size the lines are. They only show a few diagrams of the unions. But that doesn't help neither... They showed both ISO and SAE style. It's so confusing. Maybe I should just duct tape it! LOL

[EDIT] I just read this page - http://volksweb.relitech.com/brakeln.htm . That guy mentioned something about using compression fittings at the union instead of making the flare. I think it'd work because that's what I have on my mountain bike (yes, I have hydraulic brakes on my bike) and they have the same style compression fittings. They hold up very good, no leak. I'd assume it's better than buying a special tool for the double flare, and better than replacing the whole line.

All the unions are metric as is the tube.Never use compression fittings on brake lines,they are fine for trailer type brakes but not on a vehicle.Get the correct tube/hose.....dont 'mess' with brakes...its your life we are talking about here!

Thats good to know. I have the tooling to make 45' flared ends in tubing but it can not accomodate metric tubing.

For just one line, I'm sure it would be less expensive and less troublesome to buy a replacement line than it would be to buy the tools and fabricate a segment of brake line to replace the section that is leaking.
