Hi all, I posted this in Southeast, but it really does belong here (thanks to the guy that pointed that out). I was in VA beach area (actually closer to the Navy base) for Halloween week and saw a red SVT and a black +98 with a Contour decal across the front windshield. Just wondering if those belonged to anyone on the site? I will be heading back that way sometime next spring since my best friend lives there. Saw a good amount of modded cars in that area as well.
