Okay, now I'm lost...please don't tell me I have to take this damn car to a dealer. I replace the turbine speed sensor and still nothing. The wires from that sensor run up to the top of the tranny where they hit a big cluster of wires. That runs mainly toward that metal module on top of the tranny towards the front. This module looks like it might have some sort of moving part in the center of it but I'm not sure. Any more ideas fellas?

Automatics have 2 speed sensors that are relevant. Manuals have just one.

That makes sense, when I first went to the dealer without the p/n I asked for a speed sensor and he gave me something that actually had a little prong stick out that would rotate. Problem is, I'm not really sure where that other one could go.
