Well Saturday is the big day for me. Springs, struts, LCAs, and other misc suspension parts getting replaced on my 219,000 mile zetec. I have poured over Stazi's how to and researched as much as possible but I still have a couple of questions.

I have four bolt LCAs and will be cutting the problem bolt and putting it in upside down. I know from Bill Jenkins that the bolts are 10 and 12mm but I am not sure how long they are. Does anyone know?

Secondly I have read and re-read and will again re-read the how to but wasn't there a post at some time that did the install with pictures? I have tried to find it but as of yet, no luck. Anybody have the length? I really am a visual learner.

Thanks guys

I think you're only option is to order those bolts from Ford (Bill J will help you out, I JUST ordered them through him last week so he'll have the part #'s handy). Many have searched hardware stores but dont find a bolt that matches up right.

If your having problem with the 2 bolt on drivers side middle, I jacked up the trans with block of wood and jack. and cleared it. The one bellow the drive alxe boot.. If you pop the tie rod and ball joint you can swing the strut to the left and clear the boot.
