oh yes, super secret Matty i am waitting for my hoodpins to arrive so i can attach the cf hood.
i will take a pic of the underside (who looks at the underside anyway?!) once i deal with the electrical cords. i decided (for now) that drilling a hole and feeding the wires was not necessary. i went to home depot to find a "tie-back" and they all looked at me like i was crazy. so i need to rig it somehow first. also i need to give it a good slam for it to shut because its hitting the plastic around the latch yet latches anyway. i didnt want to fiddle with it much because the fitment around the trunk and lights are better then the old trunk ever was.

me too...
my brother who helped me install the trunk happen to put both the oem trunk and the cf trunk (both without the light assembly) on a scale and it was about a 10 lbs difference between the two.

And anyone whose seen my car knows I have a penchant for ridiculous wings, but I actually really like the duckbill.
