ok well ive got the placement down but im confused with something. i have a set of directions(from other CEG members) telling me to drill up through the hood and another set (also from CEG members) telling me to drill down through it. they both say to drill the hole at a right angle which makes sense but which way do i want to drill?
any help is appreciated.

I haven't done it but I'd assume to drill down through the hood cause the back end will prolly have little burr's. Like when you cut metal or wood, the back where the drill goes through has a teary kind of look to it, not as clean as the side the drill entered. Just my .02
