they are not going down. i would not hope and expect prices to ever come down again. eventually it will be like england here at home. the price per barrel is higher then ever before. not to mention wars dont help us out any and the demand is so high in the united states (and the rest of the world). it will get to the point, as i am predicting, that the economy will suffer dramatically and american's lifestyle will change dramatically once prices nationwide get to about 4 dollars per gallon. which could happen in a matter of months realistically.

$2.8x here now; i filled up at another station then my regular one costing $3.14 for super.

oil companies (according to the la times, or oc register but i can't remember which, a while back) showing record profits doesn't help us commoners either.

And some people say that the standard Duratec serves no purpose(not really but you know what I mean). God I love 87/89 octane right now.

I was so freakin' mad today when I went to fill up the minivan.

I used to be able to fill it up with 30 bucks and call it a day. Gas here is up to $2.43/gal at the local WalMart and that's the cheapest I've seen around the city. $20 this morning barely got me to half a tank.

I need to get rid of this thing!

$2.69-$2.72 today. Sucks pretty bad, but it's still cheaper than the rest of the world.

$3.37/gallon for 87
$3.71 for 91

up here in Canada...

But I'm not complaining, I don't drive an SUV.

It'll be good to get people into smaller cars, me thinks.
