A customer asked me to use his DHL account number to ship his printer. I looked up the DHL authorized shipping center and took the package there. The DHL authorized shipping center refused the package and said I couldn't use an account number. They said they only accept prepaid packages or I would have to pay. I called DHL and they said the authorized shipping center didn't do anything wrong. I am angry at DHL. Have you had any problems with DHL? This is the first time I have used DHL and I hope it will be the last time.

That's what they use here for shipping some stuff from Ikea. I would rather rent a van and drive my [censored] rahter then deal with those assclowns. UPS is always good.

What he said. In my experience they can't find their rear end with both hands.

of course i work for fedex,but if i had a nickel for everytime i heard complaints about dhl i would be rich.....i wouldn't use anyone but fedex or ups...

Odd, DHL was really damn good when I used them. Very fast shipping and the product wasn't damaged. Everything that I wanted in a shipping company, plus the shipping was free due to a coupon. IMHO, DHL = thumbs up!

last week, my wife was expecting a VERY important package. DHL delivered it to the neighbor DOWN THE STREET!! that neighbor didnt bring it over for about 4 days, the day before it was due!
how many times has UPS delivered to the wrong house?

Lots. Have had it happen to me twice the past year. USPS too.

I prefer FedEx if I'm having something shipped to me. USPS Priority if I'm shipping something out for its' price and availability.

tell that to the company on my route who had dhl lose their payroll....they still haven't found it,and can't tell them if its even been picked up or not....

it was a corporate decision on their part to save money using dhl....well sometimes you get what you pay for....needless to say fedex now handles their payroll...

FedEx = amazingly awesome, always
USPS = always on-time and reliable, except when you use their cheaper services
UPS = on time usually, but they don't deliver until like 10pm
DHL = always loses packages, come late and deliver late in the day
