well....this sucks going over the new nys emissions inspection rule®s....not looking good unlike pa there's no 5000mile rule,you either pass or fail,and if you fail you pay. and since my cel has been on since the day i bought the car from the ford dealership(they could never figure it out???) i might have to get rid of her  if this is the case i'll have lots of stuff to get rid of....

At the very least pull the code and find out what sensor is going wrong ... free at Autozone I believe ...

maybe you could register it in a state with less stringent rules. got any brothers or sisters out of state who'd let u use their address?

i thought about selling it to my aunt of cousin in pennsylvania, and just get the 5000 mile exemption!!! i have a couple of sets of gauges i could switch back in forth  i know illegal...but the state shouldnt penalize me for modifying my car

well if he registers it in another state he has 30days to re register the car to the state he's living in. cause there gonna see that out of state license plate all the time for over a month im not sure what happens after that. im just saying
