Autotrader.com, though, has always come through for me. Every car I've sold (including my 98 SVT) in the past decade has been done through them and I've negotiated a price that I think is fair. Auto trader.com is the way to go. my buddy had a 91 chevy caprice , 3 TV's, 22 inch spinners,system, broken air bag setup and the car was on its last legs. he listed the car for $9k and sold it for 8 grand straight cash three weeks later. he now owns a BMW740i AUTOTRADER is the way to go the more people you reach the better responce you will get. you can get an AD that will run till the car sells for fifty bucks. Your car is a very bad example. Your friends car is in high demand. A CONTOUR is not. No matter what trim model it is. To get rid of the car you going to have to take a hit. Mind you I took a $6,000 hit to get rid of the car. Now I hate America? That is a new one to me.
