You think this board is any different than every other knowledgable board? They are all going to tell you the same. Your ATX will grenade or live a very short life. What's the point in upgrading to a turbo when you can't harness it's true power? A 3L swap sounds like your best choice of more power. Just a little note that if you have to ask how hard it would be to swap over to an MTX you have much learning and reading to do.
