McDonalds for a month!?!?!

Anybody else think that the only reason McDonald's is in business is because of the brand name, image and overall awareness?

Surely it can't be because of the food. Out of all the fast food joints, it's THE worst. (fries are good though)

I'll have to agree, the food is not one of the best, and for some reason the food never really fills me up.

The only thing ill get at any fast food joint is Wendys grilled chicken sandwich with no sauce, just lettuce and tomatoes.

It�??s all about what you eat. I mean if you go in EVERY day a get a #4 (Double quarter ponder meal) Super Sized and oh yes with the diet coke, on a sub note I am a manager for a McDonalds and people be doing this ALL the time. Just get the coke. Anyways if you do that of course you�??re going to gain 25 pounds. I eat at McDonalds at least 5 days a week and don�??t gain a pound. Its all about what you eat and how much and exercise like you should be doing then you can have it every day, I do and im fine. So, I am sick and tired of people saying its someone else�??s fault I�??m a fat ass, no its the 12hrs you spend in front of the TV that makes you a fat ass.

I'm currently on the Two Whoppers diet. Darn 2 for $3 deal.

But I know the ONLY reason it doesn't cause me to bloat up is because I simply CAN'T. No matter how much I eat. I can take in 4000 calories a day and not gain a pound. But I know my gf is just the opposite. So I certainly do not recommend my diet to anyone (unless you are like me).

I can�??t eat McDonalds anymore either. There is a McDonalds in the student center at my university. One day while walking to class I walked past the exhaust vent for their grille. The smell/taste was so foul I nearly threw up. Ever since then I gag even thinking about McDonalds.

I think my grandfather said it best... everything in moderation. No need to go off the deep end either way.

On the BMI, there are risks even for muscle/fit people to have an overly high BMI. Your body has the infrastructure to accomodate only so much size, whether that be fat or muscle. Exceeding that size puts stress on the body.

You mean the salt is good. Those pureed fries suck w/o salt. Next time JVT ask for salt, then get ANY other fast food fry unsalted, put the Rotten Ronnies salt on and you've got the same awesome taste.

Side note, I used to eat McD's every day (driving everywhere) and I didn't gain a damn pound. Ever since I got married I eat my wife's good food and damn I've gained 20lbs. It's so good but how do I tell her that I can't eat it because it makes my pants tight!
