anyone have their minutes upped for no reason?

I checked my account online and came across this. My plan is nearly three years old - I got the cheapest they had at the time (250/5000 for $29.99) since I obviously don't use the phone often. I've seen programming errors before though, I hope it's not that (gotta wait for the printed statement to verify).

I'm too lazy to look, plus I think I technically still have my AT&T wireless contract terms, so I doubt Cingular wants to give me anything until I officially change over.

you must just be rolling over oodles of minutes.

$29 plan has no rollover! Though I admit I wouldn't have been surprised it'd be that high if I had had it.

Anyway they seem to have "fixed" it now (1 minute used and 4999 left) so it was likely just another one of many technical mistakes I've found with my online bill. Great service (never a dropped call, excellent plan, good enough coverage), but horrible customer service.

has to be a glitch...is there even 135,000 minutes in a month during nights and weekends?

they dont rollover N&W mins. There is also only 18,000 mins a month provided you dont have the 7-to-7 plan.
