I just installed my opt. TB last night, and I LOVE the new found power. I'm guessing at LEAST 4 whp with the other modifications I have already. Unfortunately, when I take off in first gear and punch the rpms up to 4-5 grand, my rpms DON'T fall back down when taking it out of gear.

It freezes at the last rpm when I take it out of gear. In fact, the ONLY way I can come to a stop is by putting it back in gear and using the gears/clutch to slowly pull the rpms back down to idle. In fact, my car is idling at 2500 rpms. When I pop the hood, I can push the throttle piece w the coil/spring down and it will cause the car to fall back down to normal idle (1000 rpms).

It seems as if the plastic piece with the spring rapped around it is sticky or something and is having a hard time rotating. Other than that, does anybody else have any ideas why my rpms won't drop back down when I put the car in neutral. Matter of fact, when I rev it up in first gear and before I shift into second, my rpms will actually CLIMB up on their own a small bit before I shift to second.
