Man, that looks like some model of Checker....assuming it's American, not a Russian car of some ilk....like a Zil 111.....Unless, of course, it's a Hongqi CA770....

Part of this car's model name is also that of an animal that is hunted quite often but never caught. Usually kids on camping trips are tricked into "hunting" for this animal down by the swamp(it's a bird, by the way) using nothing but one's wits and a burlap sack. This particular bird is very hard to catch (or shoot) because of it's irregular flight pattern.
To know the full model name of this car, think of one of these birds having extraordinary powers.
