Close enough, that's it! The 1934 was the only year for the split bumper. The V-16 clue was given by the longer chassis and fenders, visavis the fender light on the fender.

For some reason, I recall seeing that color combo/headlight on some type of aqua car. But I'm pretty sure I'm way off base.
