I think we need one more drag meet before the snow falls, with temperatures dropping times will be on the drog as well. I'm looking to go Sat the 19th or Sun the 20th. track is open from 10:00am-4:00pm.
I have to get back, as i think i can improve even more on my time, just wonderig if ayone want to go along.

I could show up to hang out, but i already switched to my stock rims w/winter tires and one of my Fuzions has a screw in the inside tread that has been there a while that i couldn't see till i pulled it off. I don't think i'll have a new tire by then, so i will just be observing if i come at all.

 I'm not Hackedtour  I have issues with my summer tires/E1's as stated above and i'm not drag racing on my Kelly Navigator winter tires

Rip on my little Zetec all you want. It's not supposed to go fast. I got it cuz it's fun to drive, has great looks, and gets great gas mileage. I have done a few subtle mods to improve the appearance/drivability, but i have a few other plans after i have her paid off at the beginning of next year. She will still get autocrossed and will remain my daily driver, but i have my sights on a fun summer toy.  CSVT? Nope, but an SVT vehicle nonetheless. We'll see what happens, but when i get it, ya'll can finally shut your mouths about my slow contour and focus on how fast my new ride is  Neways, when is this gonna be, so i can see about arranging to have my slow arse there??

I get 19 city and maybe 24 hwy. That equals out to about 250-275 miles/tank. Idk why? I think i need to change my O2 sensor and maybe that might help. My gas mileage should be way better since i have a K&N Drop-In and i opened up the exhaust from the flexpipe back with the SVT setup. Oh well. It's good enough mileage for now i guess

Right now everything is hanging on the weather..... "GLD will be open on WEEKENDS ONLY for the remainder of the 2005 season.
PLEASE NOTE!!! If the weather is too cold, even if it is sunny and dry, we do NOT race, so please call ahead if the temperature is below 40 degrees or check here for updates. We will go as long as we can, beyond November 27th if the weather cooperates!" No, arrangements as in clearing it with the roomie....she'll be gone for the weekend so all is go for chilling at my place.....There isn't much to do here other than talk cars and sh!t, but there are tons of restarauts and activities near by.

hector and i saw atleast 4 or 5. one of them we were cruzing along and we start to come on him. we both slow down and this guy goes flying past him. i just had to laugh.

Really the whole area around Brookfield mall is not a good area to do anything. They'll pull you over for not having a front plate, even if you're not speeding.
