1998 SE V6 85000 miles
i just had a cat back exhaust system put on my car and when i left the shop the car ran perfect. it ran great till i was about 20 miles from the shop then it started to hesitate. the car seems to be loosing power. it kinda feels like my escort did when it had a vaccum leak. im not sure what to look for. i took the car to a local muffler shop here by my house and they checked the whole system for exhaust leaks ,clogs and they checked the cat to make sure it was functioning ok. everything checked out and nothing was bad. they thought that it might be the MAF or the injectors and said that the symptoms that i was describing sounded like a misfire or bad air fuel ratio, but they werent sure they said i should take it to a mechanic to check it out. any one here have any suggestions.
