Sounds like a common problem with this place, anybody else see it or should we just keep cutting them some slack.
I've dealt with CTA a couple of times and never had a problem. Chris was (maybe still is) a contributing CEG member (brownie points).
In my book you don't reward bad customer service by giving a company more business.
