ok so you all should know how I've been hit five times since ive owned my car. It seems I'm keeping the average of once a year going. Last night after leaving a co workers apartment I walk outside to see that some penisless wonder has knocked off both of my mirrors. WTF? This car is cursed and I am no longer putting any effort into it. Sorry guys...its just not worth it for me anymore. So...I'll be looking for a ride to AFN. It sucks but yeah...Tomorrow will be the last bit of money i dorp into the zetec beast when i get the timing belt fixed and brake fluid flushed. ill keep in touch guys...sorry i have been away for so long i just have been working alot lately and spring break was from mar19-27 and I was in the bahamas. Talk to you all later. Hope that no one else has had to put up with this type of shiot

damn dude sorry you have to go through that crap! keep your chin up and throw some new mirrors on there, goto crazy ray's and find'em!!! wish you good luck with it for the future!

2 post 98 tours came into rays last week with mirrors.
You can get them dirt cheap!

thanks alot pete... i was kinda thinkin' that i would be ur camera man... also i sent my dad to krazy rays todat to pik up mirrors for the car. does anyone know if the mazdaa 3 has the same bolt pattern on wheels as the tour? im going to b looking at a new car over the summer. making good money at work so far during school part time. so i really think i could manage a new car payment as long as it was reasonable. soon i will be looking at mazda 3s, mazda6s, and SRT-4s

The Mazdas have a 5-bolt wheel. So no, Contour rims won't work.

ok so i went to test drive some cars yesterday. Went to Dodge first and wanted to test drive the SRT-4...sales manager wouldn't even give me the time of day and brought out an R/T for me to take out...took it out and..big thumbs down. Interior was too tight(me being 6'4") and gearbox sucked. I went to put it in fourth and couldn't find it for the life of me so had to drop back into third. We left Dodge and went to Mazda

Mazda 3 hatchback is what caught my eye. Found a black 5 speed with the 2.3L and got to drive it. The salesman let me take it out alone and it was great. Everything was so smooth and the steering felt crisp. Had a short shifter and comfortable seats. The salesman gave me a price of 17500 but I am not going to be able to buy until mid summer...that pissed him off:) Im going to try and get the price down to 16500 though when I go and finally buy.
